Shipping policy

Processing Of Orders:

All orders/payments received on or before 14:30PM, will be dispatched the same day, but can take up to 24hrs. We use a dedicated courier that collect all parcels for the day at 3:30PM - 4:00pm. Our courier does not deliver on weekends or public holidays. 

Shipping Times:

Most Local and Main Center - Deliveries will be delivered by the next day if the order was placed before 14:00pm, but it can take up to 2 days.
Regional and Outlaying Areas - Takes +- 1 - 3 days to be delivered. 
We also make use of other couriers in order to provide the best customer service and quick delivery times. 
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and that unfortunately things do not always go as planned and shipments can be delayed for a number of reasons, although this is rarely the case.

Shipping Option:

We send the products with courier to the provided address at checkout. You can also send your own courier or collect in person at the following address; 93 Milner Road, Kensington B, Randburg, 2194.

Shipment Tracking:

One the shipment is booked and the Waybill is created, you will get a tracking number. Please allow up to 24hrs for the tracking number to be available for tracking.
